I and my wife want to create a home based business where we can offer to other businesses a virtual office and call centre. Basically we want to redirect calls, a person call our main number 08... And then they will be asked to dial the extension number or to listen to the options like: for company...press1, for ...press 2.....
After press the right ext. the call will be redirected to the right business...
So also we want to forward the letters that each business receives to the right businesses.
We also will be creating and managing websites to other businesses.
So we spoke with BT, and they told us that they can change our home line, and internet connection to a business one, that we can get a 08...number, etc.
That we can have up to 10 domains, etc.
All I want to know is which are the best equipments for our call centre, prices of equipments?
What鈥榮 happening when we use up the 10 domains? How much more do we need to pay for each? With the domains can we managed well each site, put the adverts that we want to put and charge for money, etc?
If you know about this kind of business, please let me know the best companies to use, best equipments and pcs, etc

You should you use Skype. It has a feature where it forwards calls missed by your cell phone to the Skype.
