Writing a List.
Create a list that compares the changes in business and daily life resulting from the telegraph and the railroad in the late 1800's with the changes resulting from the internet in the late 1900's.

Take a sheet of paper. Draw a line down the middle. Write telegraph/railroad on one half and Internet on the other.
Now, in no particular order, write down all the changes on each side. Now you can write a concluding paragraph, if necessary, on the similarities between both technological advances.
