We are considering changing from AT%26amp;T to Cox Business Services due to some issues with AT%26amp;T. I'd like to know if anyone has experience with Cox Business Services (Phone - not VOIP, Internet etc) and if you have been happy with the service. Any down time? I'm especially interested if you are located in Southern California.
I am ONLY asking about Cox Business NOT Residential, they are different. Please don't give me answers about home service.
