Changing ISPs & keeping emails?

Hello, I'm working on a question for class and the answer is supposed to be findable via an internet search...uhh, yeah right.



The question is this..%26quot;Is there a way for a business to change ISPs and keep their original email address?%26quot; (not one with a domain name, but rather like a pay-for-service account address)



Is it logical to think no, since the company would still be incurring the cost of storing, etc. the emails received and sent?
