I purchased a program off the internet. It was supposed to be a one time purchase item and you are supposed to be able to use it as much as you want. Well the website has changed it to subscription based to where you have to pay for it on a monthly basis. How do I report this as unfair business practices?

You can look and see if they are affiliated with the better business bureau they are very good at trying to help out.. other then that I'm not really sure if there is anywhere else you can go..

If you printed out the page that said it was a %26quot;pay once, use forever%26quot; purchase, you have grounds for a civil suit. Other than that there's not much you can do.
