I am currently trying to convince my mum to change from Bigpond to another internet provide which has more download limit and faster speed for a similar price to what we currently pay.
So far the best plan I have found is with Dodo but my mum is concerned about if they would provide good service in our area since we do not live near a major business center.
Would you recommend Dodo as an internet provider?
My brother was with DODO and had alot of issues with their customer service. Allegedly they do not answer your phone enquiries when you call them. They will take down your details and call you back when it is convenient for them to do so.
On personal experience, i am with Internode, a South Australian ISP (i live in Melbourne). They have been excellent. Both their customer service and quality of service is second to none. I believe at the end of the day you get what you pay for.
