My business (inc) is jewelry retail 100% via internet in USA. I would like to move back to Italy since I am Italian citizen. I would like to do production in Italy ans ship from Italy to USA instead from USA to USA.
So I can keep all my hard earned USA customers. Basically nothing will change to my customers, just the origin to the packages.|||There are a few things you will need to consider.

A reliable delivery service.
The shipping from out of the country may be a problem for some American customers who prefer supporting the domestic market.
But theres no better place than home :)|||Shipping retail across borders is subject to unexpected delays, and of course there can be duties to be paid,and your customers will have to deal with customs agency if you do not get that well handled.
It can be useful to have an agent in USA who receives all your shipments, deals with customs, ships to customers, and remits money to you in Italy.
Even the need to make exchange from USD to Euro for each transaction will cost you, so better to have once daily remittance if possible.
